We are a collective of professional independent artists on a mission to build not just creative projects, but purposeful, sustainable lives through the arts.
At the heart of everything we do is our flagship program, the Creative Coaching Experience — a powerful workshop designed to help creatives thrive. This transformational journey blends project management, creative team building, mental wellness, and career planning into a launchpad for a stable, profitable, and fulfilling creative life. It’s not just about finishing your art — it’s about finishing burnout, finding clarity, and rising holistically.
We also make media arts education accessible, fun, and affordable, especially for underserved communities like women, youth, and low-income adults. Through our FREE entry-level workshops and affordable paid courses, we empower you to build skills in Music Production, Podcasting, Graphic Design, and more.
Whether you’re a creative pro looking to level up, or just exploring your artistic side for the first time (without quitting your day job or maxing your credit card – lol!), Creative Rize is for you.
Thanks to support from local business sponsors, we host monthly FREE online workshops that are short, simple, and super engaging. These “one & done” sessions help you build confidence with industry-standard tools like BandLab (music), Canva (graphics), and Spotify for Creators (podcasting).

Our team
Our instructors Tygon Cowan and Henry llLion are seasoned veterans with over 20 years of combined experience in Music Production, Book Publishing, Video & film production, Podcasting and Graphic Design for web / print. In addition to their own freelance work for individual clients over the years, they have also facilitated workshops and provided on-going creative services for Arts Etobicoke, Apple Retail, and The National Dance Competition of Canada.
